The federal government has recently implemented new requirements and protections for patients to prevent surprise medical bills. If you are a self-pay client, I am now required to provide you with a "Good Faith Estimate" and inform you of your rights. You will see these new additional disclosures and the estimate along with your updated paperwork. Insurance clients will not receive this additional documentation. 

Starting 2/3/2022, I will be available for in person appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is completely optional. If your regular appointment is currently on a Wednesday or Friday and you would like to meet in-person, please discuss this with me during your next session. 

The default location will remain our virtual office; please be sure to notify me if you would like to transition back to in person appointments. 

In the next few weeks, I will be requesting updated paperwork from all clients. These forms will feature my new address and incorporate some minor revisions. Please be sure to review the paperwork carefully and ask any questions that arise. You will receive an email from Simple Practice asking you to login to update your paperwork.
